Can I Purchase an AR-15 From the United States?

Hurricane Butterfly has successfully exported AR15 rifles from the United States. In order to qualify for export, the rifle must have a crowned target barrel (i.e., no threaded muzzle) and a solid, non-collapsible butt stock. If a muzzle brake is attached to the barrel, the brake must be permanently attached to the barrel.
